Ntouch Solutions LLC (“Ntouch Solutions,” “I,” or “me”) runs this website at ntouchdev.com. This policy explains what information I collect through the site, how I use it, and the choices you have. In short: I only collect what you choose to send me, I use it to reply to you and do the work you ask for, and I never sell it.
Information I collect
Information you send me. When you use the contact form, you give me your name, email address, and message, and optionally your business name, phone number, project type, and budget. If you call or email me, I receive whatever you include.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site automatically records standard request details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, for example to block spam and abuse.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry, answer your questions, and prepare quotes.
- To provide the services you hire me for, including invoices and project communication.
- To keep records of client relationships, enquiries, and payments for my business and tax records.
- To protect the site and the contact form from spam, fraud, and abuse.
I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask me to.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this site don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and I don’t track you across other websites. I use Vercel Web Analytics to see overall numbers, such as how many people visit each page and which sites refer them. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t identify you, and doesn’t follow you between visits. If you reach this site by clicking an ad on Google, Google may collect information about that click under Google’s privacy policy.
Who I share it with
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. I share it only with the services I use to run my business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its visitor statistics.
- Google, whose Gmail service delivers contact form messages and my email.
- Neon, which provides the secure database where I keep client and enquiry records.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights, my clients, or others.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as they’re useful for following up, and client records for as long as we work together plus whatever period I need to keep business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
How I protect it
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and client records are kept in a password-protected system that only I can access. No method of storing or sending information online is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share with me.
Your choices
You can contact me at any time to:
- Ask what information I have about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Ask me to delete your information, unless I need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
- Ask me to stop contacting you.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and organizations and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent me information, contact me and I’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
